Norma’s Circle of Stories exists to inspire connection, compassion, self-worth, and personal and collective growth through storytelling, emotional literacy, education, and practical tools.

The information, programs, materials, tools, exercises, videos, articles, presentations, workshops, courses, and other content provided by Norma’s Circle of Stories are intended for educational, informational, and personal or professional development purposes.

Participation in an emotional literacy program, workshop, course, presentation, or other educational experience offered by Norma’s Circle of Stories does not establish a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other licensed professional relationship.

Our emotional literacy and emotional wellness materials are designed to support learning, reflection, communication, self-awareness, connection, and growth. Intellectual Property and Ownership

The work of Norma’s Circle of Stories is built upon original ideas, stories, frameworks, educational materials, creative works, and intellectual property.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content are owned by, controlled by, or licensed to Norma’s Circle of Stories, LLC and are protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and unfair competition laws.

Protected materials may include, without limitation:

Rooted to Rise materials;
The Recognize → Understand → Express → Lead teaching framework and related materials;

Children’s characters, stories, illustrations, and related creative works;

Other original works developed or owned by Norma’s Circle of Stories, LLC.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Nothing on this Site transfers ownership of any Company intellectual property to you.

Limited Permission to Use Our Content

Unless a particular product, resource, or license expressly provides otherwise, Norma’s Circle of Stories grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Site content for your own lawful personal or internal professional use.

Purchasing a book, program, course, workbook, curriculum, digital product, or other resource does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Any rights granted to purchasers are limited to the license expressly accompanying the applicable product or service.

Trademarks, Program Names, and Brand Identity

Names, logos, slogans, program titles, product names, distinctive phrases, graphics, and other brand identifiers displayed on the Site may constitute trademarks, service marks, copyrighted works, or other proprietary intellectual property belonging to Norma’s Circle of Stories, LLC or their respective owners.

Use of a name, phrase, program title, or other identifier on the Site does not grant you permission to use it commercially.

Books, Curriculum, SEL Resources, and Children’s Materials

Books, stories, characters, illustrations, activities, SEL materials, curricula, lesson materials, and other educational resources made available by Norma’s Circle of Stories are protected intellectual property unless otherwise indicated.

Purchasing or receiving these materials does not grant permission to reproduce, scan, digitize, upload, distribute, sell, adapt, or create derivative commercial works from them except as expressly authorized by the applicable license.

Educators, schools, organizations, facilitators, and other professional users are responsible for complying with any individual, classroom, school, site, organization, or facilitator license applicable to the material they purchase.

Program Participation

From time to time, Norma’s Circle of Stories may offer programs, workshops, classes, speaking engagements, educational experiences, leadership development, organizational training, or other services.

Participation is voluntary.

Certain programs or services may be governed by additional agreements, registration terms, participation policies, informed-consent provisions, licensing agreements, payment terms, cancellation policies, or other conditions.

When additional terms apply to a particular program or service, those terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is a direct conflict, the terms specifically governing that product, program, or service will control with respect to that offering.

Individual experiences and outcomes vary. Norma’s Circle of Stories does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, educational, relational, organizational, financial, or other result from participation in a program or use of our materials.

Purchases and Payments

Certain products, programs, books, services, event registrations, or digital resources may be available for purchase through the Site or through third-party platforms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase.

Prices, descriptions, availability, and offerings may change without notice, subject to applicable law.

Additional payment, shipping, cancellation, refund, or return terms may apply to individual products or services and will be presented where appropriate.
